• Fluent in Spanish and English; capable of handling confidential information.
• Part-time availability: 20+ hours per week.
• Proficient keyboarding and computer skills.
• Able to analyze problems and provide viable solutions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Able to type 30+ WPM.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally to ensure the customer feels delighted.
• Analyze customer situations and determine viable options.
• Accurately place telephone orders with specials and promotions.
• Work independently and professionally.
