Job summary

Empire Auto Parts is seeking a Customer Service Agent to handle inbound service calls and online orders. You will answer inquiries on availability and pricing, process orders and returns, and provide timely product information to customers.

You will also place outbound calls to update customers, verify details, and ensure satisfaction while adhering to company policies and balancing business needs. High school diploma preferred; 18+ required; Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in handling customer inquiries and orders is a plus.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm.
• At least 18 years old and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via phone on product availability and pricing.
• Process orders and returns using company systems; confirm online orders as needed.
• Place outbound calls to update customers on order status and verify information.
• Provide product information and resolve customer issues promptly.
