Job summary

PDQ Door Company currently seeks a Customer Service Representative at our West Bath, ME location. You will be the first point of contact across phone, email, SMS, web inquiries, and chat, delivering exceptional customer experiences while coordinating appointments and service needs.

The CSR works closely with dispatch, branch operations, and leadership, owning customer interactions and ensuring timely, accurate resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, chat, email, SMS and web inquiries.
• Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with dispatch.
• Capture leads and support follow-up for conversions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
