Job summary

Hiley Mazda Of Huntsville is seeking a Service Advisor in Huntsville, AL. This full-time role focuses on managing service orders, guiding the Drive Lane process, and delivering a concierge level of customer service.

You will own the customer experience, answer technical questions, and ensure warranty claims are handled smoothly while supervising service staff and maintaining CSI targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience and handle additional tasks to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure technicians' time is accurately allocated to service customers.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts/tools as necessary.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and supervise service department staff.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintain good working relationships with factories and employees.
• Collaborate with management on hiring and discipline decisions.
