Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in customer communication.
• Ability to handle and overcome customer objections.
• Proficient in computer use and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service during all inbound/outbound calls and maintain relationships with customers and peers.
• Review customer post-sale contracts for accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule installations with customers and assign jobs to installation contractors.
• Schedule service visits with local technicians as needed.
• Review completed service tickets for quality assurance in region.
• Serve as liaison for Leaf Home installation and service teams in the local office.
• Be flexible to support department and company initiatives.
• May process change orders.
