Job summary

iTCart in Toledo, Ohio is seeking a Customer Support Representative to serve as a frontline contact for customers, providing timely assistance, coordinating communications, and guiding inquiries through phone, email, and video meetings.

You will support meetings with leadership, assist in product demonstrations, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Ops, Sales, and Marketing to ensure a seamless, professional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer support or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers, providing responsive, professional support.
• Build relationships by understanding customer needs and ensuring positive experiences.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, video meetings, and other channels.
• Maintain regular communication on requests, updates, and resolutions.
• Ensure interactions are professional, empathetic, and accountable.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to resolve inquiries.
• Assist in onboarding activities and customer workshops.
• Prepare professional emails, meeting summaries, and customer updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and knowledge bases.
