Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a high-quality experience through scheduling support, clear communication, and administrative coordination.

You will answer calls and emails, schedule estimates, inspections, and appointments; coordinate calendars; assist with billing inquiries; provide support to sales and office teams; and maintain a professional, white-glove standard throughout the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, scheduling, administrative support, or front-office experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone presence and ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions.
• Experience working directly with customers, clients, patients, or homeowners.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
