Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to handle requests, bookings, questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with professionalism and one-call resolution. You will assist in daily Center operations, route calls, update records, and support dispatch and scheduling to improve response times.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years experience in customer service or other customer-facing environment.
• Experience or training using computers and related systems in an administrative office environment.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing work environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from customers and assist or route to appropriate person.
• Resolve customer concerns, questions, or complaints by phone, email, Chat while maintaining courtesy and professionalism.
• Update customer records and dispositions calls in call monitoring software.
• Support scheduling, dispatching, and communicating service status to customers.
• Assist in day-to-day operation of the Center and ensure processes meet company standards.
