Paramount Builders is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator in Roanoke, VA to help homeowners enjoy a great experience from first appointment through project completion. You will coordinate schedules, communicate with customers and internal teams, and keep daily operations organized.

No construction experience needed—we'll train you! Starting pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, with benefits, paid training, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team culture.

Formación

• 1+ year of customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Positive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Customer service, hospitality, scheduling, dispatching, and administrative backgrounds are welcome!

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and project updates.
• Schedule installations and measurement appointments.
• Coordinate with customers, installers, technicians, sales teams, and managers.
• Manage scheduling changes and help resolve customer concerns.
• Process customer payments, checks, and deposits.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Order office and sales supplies.
• Support daily office operations and project completion.
