Paramount Builders, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator in Roanoke, VA to ensure homeowners have a great experience from the first appointment through project completion. You will coordinate schedules, communicate with customers and internal teams, and help keep daily operations organized.

No construction experience is required—we will train you. Starting pay is $20-$22 per hour with weekly pay and benefits; health coverage after 30 days and a 401(k) with company match after 90

Formación

• 1+ year of customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Positive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Customer service, hospitality, scheduling, dispatching, and administrative backgrounds are welcome!

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and project updates.
• Schedule installations and measurement appointments.
• Coordinate with customers, installers, technicians, sales teams, and managers.
• Manage scheduling changes and help resolve customer concerns.
• Process customer payments, checks, and deposits.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Order office and sales supplies.
• Support daily office operations and project completion.
