SHOP VAC USA LLC is seeking a Customer Experience, Service & Support professional to manage day-to-day administrative needs for key hardware co-op accounts while assisting the sales team. This on-site role in Williamsport, PA requires calm demeanor under pressure, strong communication, and proficiency with internet and computer tools to gather data, create reports, and support strategic plans.

Candidates with retail, service, or manufacturing experience are preferred, and benefits include

Qualifications

• Preference given to proven customer service experience in retail, service or manufacturing.
• Ability to stay calm in tense or stressful situations.
• Self-motivated, organized, with internet and computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn Prime-Line Products items.
• Follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day administrative needs for key hardware co-op accounts.
• Responds to escalated customer calls and handles special requests, order changes and substitutes.
• Supports sales with reports, data gathering, and meeting scheduling.
• Maintains knowledge of Prime-Line products and co-op market.
• Monitors feedback to measure performance and drive process improvements.
• Ensures best practices to meet productivity, service levels, and expense targets.
