Wireless Zone, a Verizon Wireless Premier Retailer, seeks a Customer Experience Representative to greet customers, answer questions, process payments, and assist with technical support in a fast-paced store environment.

No experience is required—an eagerness to learn, basic tech knowledge, and strong communication skills are valued. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are offered to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• No experience is required, but a willingness to learn is.
• Basic knowledge of cellular and/or computer technology is preferred.
• Effective Verbal, Written, and Interpersonal Skills.
• Positive attitude.
• High energy level and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist with questions.
• Consult with customers to determine the reason for their visit and provide solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with customers' devices and services.
• Process cell phone payments and support the sales team.
• Stay up to date on latest technology and demonstrate products.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment and make follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Weekend availability is required.
