Wireless Zone, a Verizon Premium Retailer, is hiring a Wireless Operations Assistant to learn our communication technology, operations and sales process while supporting the in-store sales team.

The role includes outbound customer service calls, assisting customers with inquiries, merchandising sales floors, organizing stock rooms, greeting shoppers, transferring data to new devices, selling accessories and handling daily store needs.
