Job summary

Caliber Car Wash in Decatur, GA is seeking a Part Time Site Experience Attendant to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and daily operations. The role blends guest service, membership selling, tunnel tasks, and site upkeep to create a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

You will rotate through customer engagement, sales, tunnel operations, and lot responsibilities, helping grow the Limitless Wash Club and upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Educate customers on wash packages and Limitless Wash Club memberships.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized site and assist with operations.
Support membership growth goals through cross-selling.
