Caliber Car Wash in Rowlett, TX is hiring a Site Experience Attendant to deliver a superior customer experience across the wash process. This role blends customer service, membership sales, tunnel operations, and site maintenance to provide flexible coverage and an outstanding guest experience.

You will rotate through engagement, sales, tunnel and lot duties, promote Limitless Wash Club memberships, process transactions, and help keep the site clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Educate customers on wash packages and Limitless Wash Club memberships.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns while delivering exceptional service.
• Contribute to membership growth goals.
• Rotate between customer engagement, sales, tunnel operations and lot responsibilities.
• Follow safety policies and maintain an orderly site.
