Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Team-first approach and desire to succeed in fast-paced retail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and feedback, while upholding Crocs values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to meet and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and launches, sharing knowledge with customers.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
