Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to create memorable in-store experiences and drive customer satisfaction. You will assist customers, promote products, and support the team in reaching daily goals while embracing Crocs' brand values.

Ideal candidates are 16+ with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, move merchandise, and maintain visual standards across store departments, including POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service model.
• Assist in all store areas including POS, merchandising, stockroom, and visual presentation.
• Work with Store Management to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product launches and collaborations.
