Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to create memorable guest experiences in our stores. You will help drive sales, assist in merchandising, and support daily store operations while embodying Crocs’ service standards.

You will work with the team in a fast-paced retail environment, staying informed about new releases and collaborations to engage customers and elevate their Crocs experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Team first mindset and ability to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Assist in all store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
