Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service standards.

• Assist across store functions including POS, merchandising, stockroom and visual presentation.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet personal and store goals.
• Act as a brand ambassador, staying informed about product launches and promotions.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies including asset protection and inventory control.
