Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver outstanding consumer experiences and assist across store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll engage customers with Crocs knowledge, support merchandising, and contribute to a positive team culture.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours. You’ll help maintain inventory, assist with POS tasks, and uphold Crocs policies while representing the brand to shoppers in a welcoming way.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.

• Team-first approach and ability to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs' core values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations for a seamless shopping experience.
• Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives and sharing this knowledge with customers.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
