• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, stockroom operations.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet personal performance goals.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory control.
