You will greet customers, process sales orders, manage accounts, and assist with cash handling while ensuring accurate documentation and positive experiences.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and system transactions.
• 1 year of customer service or office experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at front desk and deliver warm, professional service.
• Process sales orders and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Manage customer accounts and credit applications.
• Handle cash and reconcile transactions under supervision.
• Address inquiries and escalate complex issues to management.
• Assist audits, inventory checks, and documentation accuracy.
• Maintain records and generate routine reports.
