Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Maintains a clean and organized store environment.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Supports safety and loss prevention initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
