Responsibilities

• Provide a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement with customers.
• Follow operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Ring purchases/returns accurately and manage cash handling per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and keep areas clean and organized.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction programs and safety practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
