Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service in our convenience stores. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, operate the cash register, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, processing transactions accurately, handling cash and credit payments, and supporting inventory counts. This role requires reliable, punctual team players who can work flexible hours, including

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Promote and recommend store products by staying up-to-date on promotions, discounts, and new arrivals.
• Upsell and cross-sell items to increase store sales.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit card payments, and transactions securely.
• Ensure the accuracy of sales records and balances at the end of each shift.
• Restock shelves, refrigerators, and displays as needed.
• Clean and sanitize the store, including aisles, counters, and bathrooms.
• Assist in inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
• Report low stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
