Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners is seeking a Team Member to deliver excellent customer service and maintain store operations. You will greet customers, help locate products, promote promotions, and handle sales transactions with accuracy and care.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and communicate effectively with customers and teammates. Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are required to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Promote and recommend store products by staying up-to-date on promotions and new arrivals.
• Upsell and cross-sell items to increase store sales.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and securely.
• Restock shelves and maintain cleanliness across the store.
• Support inventory control and assist with receiving and stocking.
