Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners is seeking a Team Member for our convenience store operations. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in finding products, operate the register, and help keep the store clean and stocked.

This part-time role offers flexible shifts (mornings and afternoons), weekly pay, and opportunities to learn promotions and upsell products while supporting daily store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Promote and recommend store products by staying up-to-date on promotions and new arrivals.
• Upsell and cross-sell items to increase store sales.
• Operate the cash register, handle cash, provide correct change, and process payments securely.
• Maintain accuracy of sales records and balance at end of shift.
• Restock shelves, refrigerators, and displays as needed.
• Clean and sanitize the store, including aisles and bathrooms.
• Assist in inventory control, receive and stock merchandise.
• Report low stock levels to the store manager and assist with counts.
• Monitor for security issues and theft; follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and improve customer experience.
