Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners is seeking a Team Member to provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced convenience store environment across multiple shifts, with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

You will greet customers, help locate products, upsell items, operate the cash register, restock, clean the store, assist with inventory, and uphold safety standards while helping meet store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Promote and recommend store products by staying up-to-date on promotions and new arrivals.
• Upsell and cross-sell items to increase store sales.
• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately.
• Balance cash at the end of each shift.
• Restock shelves and displays as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Assist in inventory counts and stock management.
• Monitor store for security issues and report concerns.
