Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners is an operator of convenience stores and a retail distributor of motor fuels, with a geographic footprint across 34 states, striving to be an industry leader by providing fuel and convenience products essential to keep people moving. The Team Member will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure smooth operation of the store.

This includes operating the register, stocking, promoting promotions, and supporting daily tasks under Manager

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and cash handling experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Promote and recommend store products with up-to-date promotions.
• Upsell and cross-sell items to increase store sales.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions securely.
• Maintain accuracy of sales records and end-of-shift balances.
• Restock shelves and displays as needed.
• Clean and sanitize the store and bathrooms.
• Assist in inventory control and receiving.
