Jolly Enterprises in Wilder, KY is seeking a Customer Experience Representative who will convert incoming calls into booked service appointments while delivering friendly, professional support to customers.

You will learn the call script, maintain accurate customer records, and stay in close communication with dispatch and your manager to ensure timely service. This is a hands-on role in a team-oriented, growth-minded workplace with strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Location: Jolly Enterprises - Wilder, KY 41076

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Pay Range: $17-20 per hour, based on experience
