Ideal candidates have strong communication, reading and numerical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior clerical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to listen actively.
• Basic reading and comprehension required.
• Basic numerical reasoning and data entry skills.
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately and neatly.

Responsibilities

• Verify order information and correct discrepancies.
• Document cash balances, deliveries and sales orders per guidelines.
• Provide customer service via phones, counter inquiries, payments and issue resolution.
• Process credit applications and financing paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external staff.
• Maintain accurate files and support store staff as needed.
