Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, customer relations, hospitality, retail, or automotive experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and help enhance the overall customer experience.
• Lead customer follow-up efforts and address concerns quickly and professionally.
• Monitor CSI/SSI performance and feedback trends.
• Partner with leadership on process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Track, manage, and respond to online reviews and feedback.
• Provide coaching opportunities to support team performance.
