Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross‑functional project teams in customer experience initiatives.
• Ability to develop and enforce project management standards and templates.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers delivering CX initiatives on time and within budget.
• Establish and maintain PM standards, templates, and reference materials.
• Oversee PM software tools, procurement, and vendor relationships.
