Job summary

HireTalent - Staffing & Recruiting Firm is assisting a client in Raleigh, NC to hire a CX Lead who will drive digital customer experience initiatives across web and eCommerce. You will lead strategy-to-execution efforts and champion customer-centric improvements.

You will collaborate with UX, marketing, content, analytics, and product teams to optimize journeys, personalize experiences, and improve engagement and conversions. A track record of delivering CX programs is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in CX, UX, digital marketing, CRM, or related fields.
• Proven success leading digital initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Strong customer journey mapping, UX, analytics, and project management skills.
• Experience with CMS, CRM, MarTech, eCommerce, or digital analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
