Job summary

Corning Incorporated is seeking a Customer Experience Program Specialist for NVIDIA to provide tactical account management for Photonics Connectivity Solutions and data center connectivity initiatives. • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across functions and levels.
• Proven ability to prioritize, coordinate high-value projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical account management support to Nvidia, enabling account growth.
• Develop partnerships with Nvidia and its ODMs to expand Corning access.
• Support end-to-end order-to-delivery execution for Nvidia across all products.
• Coordinate cross-functional support to meet delivery schedules for high-visibility projects.
• Participate in customer meetings to review timelines and metrics.
• Assist in forecasting for high-visibility projects by updating schedules and dates.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Develop knowledge of Corning Optical Communications products sold to Nvidia.
