The Staff Pad is seeking a Customer and Warehouse Operations Associate for its Nashville, TN location. This role blends customer service, sales support, and warehouse tasks to keep day-to-day branch operations running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with customers, sales, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience and efficient operations. Full-time schedule with opportunity for growth in a family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, inventory, or ERP systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills.
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with orders, quotes, and inquiries.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
• Prepare quotes and support the sales process through close.
• Maintain CRM/ERP records and follow-ups.
• Support vendor coordination and onboarding efforts.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Pick, pack, ship, receive, and stock inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe showroom and warehouse.

Job Description

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputable,family-owned distributor of low-voltage electronics to hire an experiencedCustomer Experience Associate for their Nashville, TN location.

This role plays an important part in supportingcustomers, enabling sales, and keeping day-to-day branch operations runningsmoothly.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the CustomerExperience Associate is central to branch operations, blending customerservice, sales support, and warehouse operations into one dynamic role.You’ll serve as a key link between customers, sales,vendors, and internal teams, helping ensure seamless experience and efficientbranch operations.

Schedule: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

This is an active role in a fast-paced showroom and warehouseenvironment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Assistcustomers in person and over the phone with orders, quotes, and inquiries
• Managereturns, exchanges, and warranty claims
• Communicateproactively to resolve issues quickly
• Qualifyand route inbound leads (calls, email, web, walk-ins)
• Maintainaccurate CRM/ERP records and follow-ups
• Preparequotes and support the sales process through close

Operations & Process

• Maintainorganized systems, tools, and documentation
• Supportvendor coordination and onboarding efforts
• Identifyinefficiencies and suggest improvements

Warehouse Support

• Pick,pack, ship, receive, and stock inventory
• Maintaina clean, safe showroom and warehouse
• Stepin as needed to keep operations running smoothly

What We Are Looking For
