Responsabilités

• Answer incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner; resolve inquiries, billing questions, and scheduling service.
• Make outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm service appointments, and collect overdue payments.
• Update customer account information and generate daily reporting as needed.
• Handle accounts payable, HR paperwork, and payroll processing as applicable.
