Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products and services for home improvement. You will assist with locating merchandise, answering questions, and delivering friendly service throughout your shift.

Your daily tasks may vary by department and include stocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries, and cross-training in other areas to ensure top-notch customer experiences. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic input/output
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties as required
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation if needed

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Replenish shelves and down stock merchandise as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood)
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
