Job summary

Aafes at Nellis AFB Exchange is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to deliver friendly, efficient service on the shop floor and at the register. You will greet customers, process transactions accurately, assist with refunds and exchanges, and help teammates across shifts.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or the equivalent.
• Retail experience, demonstrated willingness, and potential for additional responsibility.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with eye contact and smile.
• Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to your lane.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation.
• Help customers by following the proper procedure for returning/exchanging merchandise with grace and ease.
