Ultimate Staffing in the Greater Sacramento area is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, handle inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records in our growing team.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, with 1+ years in a similar role, strong verbal and written communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service, administrative support, or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience working with CRM software or customer management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Process orders, account updates, and customer requests.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in company systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer needs.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status, service requests, and problem resolution.
• Enter and update data while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Support administrative and clerical functions as assigned.
• Meet established service and productivity goals.
• Maintain professionalism and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
