Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles in Georgia is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead the full order-to-cash lifecycle for Golf and PTV products, coordinating with production, shipping, and finance to ensure on-time delivery and accurate order visibility.

You will be the voice of the customer for assigned territory accounts, work with cross-functional teams to influence demand and processes, provide timely order status, and maximize satisfaction through proactive communication and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience required.
• Experience with order-to-cash processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order-to-cash lifecycle for Golf and PTV products.
• Be the voice of the customer to prioritize the order-to-cash process.
• Act as single point of contact for assigned territory accounts.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to influence demand and processes.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status.
• Manage, maintain, and organize 100 orders per month in various stages.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through routine communication and exceptional service.
