Job summary

INTIGRAL, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service / Order Entry professional to support daily operations for custom insulating glass orders.

You will coordinate order entry, communicate with customers, and work with Scheduling, Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, Sales, and Systems to ensure accurate processing and timely responses. Responsibilities include managing emails, updating orders, handling change requests, tracking status, and providing clear follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in order entry or customer service in a production environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and follow up.
• Detail-oriented with accurate order processing.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Professional customer service approach with patience and problem solving.
• Proficiency with email, order systems, spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Review and respond to daily customer service emails and updates.
• Enter, review, and maintain customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle inquiries on order changes, cancellations, expedites, remakes, and delivery status.
• Coordinate with Scheduling and Production on status and capacity.
• Communicate professionally regarding order status and next steps.
• Maintain notes and communication history for customer accounts.
• Provide timely updates to Sales, Scheduling, Quality, Shipping, and Operations.
