Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls using RingCentral.
• Route complex questions to appropriate departments for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service.
• Provide backup support to other Customer Service Representatives.
• Perform light administrative tasks and reporting.
