Job summary

Holley Performance Brands is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Receiving Supervisor in Bowling Green, KY. You will lead a team, ensure safe operations, and manage daily receiving/shipping activities to maintain accuracy and productivity.

Qualified applicants have 3+ years in warehouse operations with 2+ years in supervision, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of WMS/Lean Six Sigma methods. Day shift duties and cross-functional collaboration are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or receiving operations, with 2+ years in supervisory role.
• Proficient experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Ability to work 2nd shift, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety regulations and proper use of equipment and policies are followed.
• Monitor daily receiving/shipping operations and data entry/documentation.
• Allocate workloads to meet deadlines and optimize productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership.

• Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
