Job summary

You will answer product questions, assist customers through the sale process, and report issues to product teams while contributing ideas for new products. Base salary starts at $36,088 with commission potential to exceed $40,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ASE or vocational certificate or 2-year automotive degree is a plus.
• Computer skills include word processing and spreadsheet knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service.
• Answer customer product and technical questions.
• Assist customers through the sale process.
• Document and report technical or quality issues to product teams.
• Provide suggestions for new products.
