Job summary

Holley Performance Brands is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Receiving Supervisor in Bowling Green, KY. The role leads a team, enforces safety standards, and ensures accurate receipt, inspection, recording, and storage of goods per procedures.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily receiving operations, data entry, productivity optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse or receiving operations experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory software.
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Detail-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety regulations and proper use of equipment and policies are followed.
• Monitor daily receiving/shipping operations and accurate data entry for shipments.
• Allocate workloads and resources to meet deadlines and optimize productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
