Job summary

Backyard Products is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Order Entry Specialist for our Call Center Team at the Manufacturing Operations Headquarters in Monroe, MI. This full-time, direct-hire role offers competitive benefits and coordinates through Monday–Friday 8 AM–6 PM with variable scheduling based on business needs.

Primary responsibilities include accurate data entry, order management, and maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in a call center; customer service or order entry with phone experience considered.
• Proficient computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Salesforce preferred; experience with Sage ERP is a plus.
• Excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of customer service; advocate for customer and company.
• Enter, edit, and delete data and orders with minimal errors.
• Enter call notes into Customer Service Software for each consumer.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers; assist order processing.
• Research and resolve data entry issues effectively and efficiently.
• Work across brands to keep accounts and vendors properly separated.
