Job summary

Backyard Products, LLC is seeking a Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist to join our Call Center Team at our Monroe, MI location. This full-time role handles inquiries, orders, and product information with a focus on accuracy and timely resolution.

You will maintain data integrity, coordinate with vendors and customers, and support multiple brands while upholding exceptional communication and service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of call center experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• ERP system experience (Sage).
• Excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison providing product/services information and resolve customer issues with accuracy.
• Enter, edit, and delete data and orders with minimal errors.
• Enter call notes into Customer Service Software for each consumer.
• Maintain relations with vendors and customers; coordinate order processing.
• Research and resolve data entry issues effectively.
• Work across brands, maintaining separation between accounts, vendors, and customers.
• Contribute to team effort and improvements; support other departments as needed.
• Maintain phone, email etiquette, and documentation standards.
