Titan International is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. You will serve as the primary liaison for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and issue resolution while coordinating with Sales and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
• Professional, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
• Manage order entry, updates, back orders, pricing, and fulfillment tracking.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and internal teams to meet customer requirements and delivery expectations.
• Address customer requests, including product inquiries, returns, credit requests, and complaints.
• Process quality and warranty claims and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity.
• Support transportation and logistics coordination to optimize service and costs.
• Balance multiple priorities across phone and email while meeting service and productivity goals.
