Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate assistance
• Learn company products and services in order to answer common questions
• Review customer requests and determine the appropriate course of action
• Explain policies, procedures, product information, and service options
• Assist customers with updates, changes, and general account-related requests
• Research questions using available company resources and internal systems
• Resolve routine service issues independently within established guidelines
• Follow open requests through completion and provide updates when necessary
• Identify situations requiring additional review and route them appropriately
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer communications
• Update customer information and account details as needed
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve questions that require additional assistance
• Verify information before completing customer requests or providing final responses
• Recognize recurring service issues and communicate them to the appropriate team
• Maintain confidentiality when working with customer and company information
• Complete routine administrative tasks related to customer accounts and service requests
• Prioritize incoming needs based on urgency and required follow-up
• Contribute to consistent service standards across the customer experience
